Rooms are very small no tea or coffee making facilities in a standard room we paid 15 euro to be upgraded to a room which they said had a kitchen and fridge you could barely get stuff into the fridge it worked well. the kitchen was a kettle and two sachets of coffee and sugar on a tray with 2 cups. The cutbacks in these hotels leaves nothing in the rooms the towels were worn out and very poor condition The breakfast was excellent although when you stay for 2 days or more it becomes boring . The coffee machine worked well the juice bar was great. The staff were extremely courteous and well mannered always willing to help. Public transport very conveniently located to down town. one train about 15 minutes. Easy access to the airport.

The staff was very helpful and always nice and welcoming. The distance to the center of Madrid is large but it's bearable and it's also interesting to walk down the Calle de Alcalá as well. It was easy to park outside for free. Breakfast was good and it offered plenty of options, including fresh fruit.

The location for me was very good as it is between the city centre and the airport, a beautiful very big park is right across, for walks or jogging. Lots of local restaurants, bars and supermarkets around the area. Very local "vibe", not touristic. Very good wi-fi. The room is a big "compact" but it is very functional and exactly as described. The bathroom is spacious in fact. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they all seem to work together, rather than in "departments", good to see.

Although the room is fairly small, it is well organised and comfortable enough. The bathroom and especially the shower stall is rather large comparatively. It's a good shower, instantly hot and nice relaxing water flow. Breakfast is surprisingly good, a buffet with quite a few options. For example, there is a choice of 4 types of milk (one plant based). Wifi was also very good.

The easy going staff, that helped me in everything I needed. The cleaning was very good, the breakfast too. The room was small but enough for the 2 nights stay. The bath was complete and very spacious. The reception always had someone to help. The location was just perfect with a metro station just outside and a big park.

- All the benefits of IBIS chain - standard clean room (not to big though) - Great breakfast - Metro station right around the corner which takes you 25-30min to get to the center - Places to park around and also possibility to park in the hotel

Excellent location to the metro station for ease of getting into the city and also only 15mins in a taxi to the airport. Clean room and very comfortable beds. The staff member on the night shift arrange d for a taxi to collect us the following morning to take us back to the airport and when we came down to reception before our booking time, the taxi was already waiting.

My husband and I stayed 4 nights. It was near enough to the airport, but close to a metro line that took us directly into the center of Madrid. Great location, plenty of restaurants, safe, and the room was basic but comfortable.

Only a two-minute-walk to the metro station. Neat and extremely clean hotel, more than I had expected. The breakfast was super! Very nice and helpful staff. Overall a great experience and would recommend to others.
